Shipping & Return Policy

World Poker Supplies uses Common Carrier (truck) or Standard Ground UPS, Fed Ex or U.S. Priority Mail in most cases, depending on the size and weight of the items ordered and your location.

Shipping Costs are based on size, shipping weight and handling.  Additional S&H fees may apply to certain items or locations. If this applies, you will be notified before your order is processed.  All shipping quotes are based on shipments within the continental U.S.  Shipments outside the continental U.S. shall require pre-authorization and a specific shipping quote based on the particular location.

A minimum fee of $75.00 will be charged in addition to all other charges applicable to the shipment on freight delivery considered to be limited access. The term “limited access” shall include but is not limited to: construction sites, military bases / installations, camps, parks, churches, individual mini-storage units, prisons, schools, Indian reservations, farms, ranches, etc.  In rare instances we may not be able to ship to some locations.

When you place an order with World Poker Supplies, you will receive an order confirmation by email indicating that your order was received.

• Most items are shipped within 24-48 hours after the order has been processed and credit approved.  Normal delivery time is 1-5 business days for regular size items and 3 to 10 business days for oversized items such as poker tables and black jack tables.  These items are very heavy and oversize and therefore must be shipped via freight truck.
• All freight truck shipped items require that a minimum of two people must be present to accept delivery of these larger products. The truck drivers are not responsible for getting products off the truck or for bringing them into your home.

• World Poker Supplies requires all damages to be reported within 24 hours. This is for our customer's protection so that any damage claims may be filed in a timely manner if needed.
• If your item arrives and has visible damage, please refuse it and call us immediately. We will promptly send you a new one.
• If you have doubts about the game being damaged but find no exterior flaws, please mark clearly on the Freight Bill Receipt accordingly. (i.e. box has several dents, box is torn, pallet destroyed etc.)
• If upon opening you find a manufacturers defect, we will do everything necessary to repair or replace your item to factory specifications.
• If upon opening you find concealed damage, save the boxes and call World Poker Supplies and we will help you file a freight claim and work with you to get the necessary parts to make it to the Factory Specifications or we will ship you a new replacement item at our option.

• If you wish to return your order within 10 days of the receipt of your order, you may return for a full refund, less any/all shipping fees incurred (return shipping charges and arrangements will be the responsibility of the customer) and a 15% restocking fee will apply for any item that has not been used and is in new condition with the original box. The product cannot have been assembled or used in any way. The product must be in the original box, in new, re-sale condition, with the original packaging material.
• Please do not return any items without contacting us first! We will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before any item can be returned to us. World Poker Supplies will refuse any returns where a RA# has not been obtained. We will not issue any credit for shipments that were refused and therefore returned to us.
